About our pricing

We want our classes to be as accessible for artists and the community as the current economic climate will allow! We have designed the fee schedule to encourage forward planning, marketing and accurate pricing to allow for everyone to thrive in the process. If you need any help do get in touch!

Hot tip!

Repeating events do better and give people a chance to hear about the event and find a time to come! Our most success events recur on predictable intervals (weekly/monthly) & give people plenty of lead time to plan their attendance!

Pricing options

Our space is available to hire for private and non-ticketed events at standard hourly or day rates. If your class is ticketed and available to the public you must go through our website

    • Events which are run irregularly.

    • These are hosted on our website.

    • You pay a small flat fee and we keep a percentage of ticket sales.

    • Events running regularly/ongoing where attendees usually come to all of the classes

    • These are hosted on our website

    • You pay a small flat fee and we keep a percentage of ticket sales.

    • Private parties or events

    • These are NOT hosted on our website

    • You pay a flat fee

    • Private parties or events

    • Designed and run by us - choose from available artists and activities!

    • You pay a flat fee

Our process: Ticketed classes

The steps we go through to get your event from your planning pages to the public!

BEFORE

Plan

  • Lock in a date and time - check out the calendar for an idea of availability. The date must be at least 4 weeks in the future

  • We agree on a cancellation policy

  • Submit all relevant information via the form.

DURING

Publicise

  • With the submitted info, the event goes live on Humanitix, our website & as a Facebook even

  • We strongly encourage you to do your own promotion via your channels, we will also do ours

Promote

Marketing works best when we all promote the class. We will:

  • Post on our Instagram feed & stories

  • Promote in our newsletter 3 weeks ahead of the event.

We encourage you to share on local facebook groups, print posters and share on your own socials etc.

Payment

  • Humanitix releases the money the week after the workshop

  • We will request an invoice from you

  • We will pay you the ticket payout (minus commission) when we have both the money and the invoice!

Repeat

Prep

  • You get ready for your class as you see fit. Think about set up, vibe (music/food) & practicalities: whatever you need for the workshop to run smoothly

  • You will get updates on the sales progress via

  • We will provide a lock code for access on the day and an information pack about the space (where to find things and how to use it all) as well

AFTER

  • Had fun? Want to build on things or make some changes? Let’s go again and discuss if theres anything that needs to be pivoted.

  • Workshop time!

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes early for set up (if more than an hour early please check first)

  • Leave the space clean and tidy, as you found it!

Who

This style of event is perfect for private parties, work events or events with selective guest lists (i.e. non-public events)

The logistics

  • You will be given an access code for the times of your hire, which includes set up and pack down

  • You’ll have access to tables, chairs, a kitchenette and more

  • Please ensure the space is left clean and tidy, just as you found it
